  4. months, requires 1 application form, 1 photo, return/onward ticket and
  5. proof of financial support from bank or employer.  Cholera and yellow fever
  6. immunizations required and malarial suppressants recommended.  Adult
  7. travelers (over age 16) must exchange $100 minimum upon arrival and declare
  8. other foreign currency on an exchange control form (M), certified and
